This is the first of a series of sci-fi thrillers starring Travis Chase, ex-con and ex-cop. It is unimaginably silly, with a death count to rival actual wars, and yet … I was somewhat intrigued. I do love a good time-travel story, which is part of what’s going on here. But I won’t be reading the rest of the series as life is too short. Especially if Travis Chase, wearing his “invisible suit”, has you in his sights.
