Or maybe it is &#8212; the first half, I mean. Because this a clever book that begins in one genre and finishes in another, and it&#8217;s only because I stupidly read an interview with the author before I read the book that prepared me for that possibility.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone is talking about how the book ends, but what remains after finishing it, and digesting the ending, is a sense of what a very good story teller Sarah Pinborough is.
